    Ng Yi-Sheng is a writer, researcher and activist with a keen interest in the forgotten histories of Singapore and Southeast Asia. His books include the best-selling children\u2019s book Twisted Temasek (the first volume of the Haywire Histories series), the short story collection Lion City (winner of the Singapore Literature Prize), the nonfiction work SQ21: Singapore Queers in the 21st Century, and the forthcoming novel Utama (shortlisted for the Epigram Books Fiction Prize).     David Liew Illustrated best-selling Eliza Teoh\u2019s \u201cEllie Belly\u201d series as well as Melanie Lee\u2019s \u201cSquirky the Alien\u201d series. He partnered Hwee Goh for The Change Makers STEM series as well as with Pippa Chorley for the Eye Spy series. He is the Regional Advisor to the Singapore chapter of the Society of Children\u2019s Book Writers and Illustrators.<\/p>

    When he\u2019s not illustrating children\u2019s books, David is also a sculptor and model-maker. HIs work has been used in television and advertising.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Shawn Seah wrote the non-fiction children\u2019s book series, Our Amazing Heroes (2025) and Our Amazing Pioneers (2023). He also wrote several other non-fiction books for the general public, including Seah Eu Chin: His Life and Times; Leader and Legislator: Seah Liang Seah; and My Father\u2019s Kampung: A History of Aukang and Punggol. Shawn has been part of several editions of the Singapore Heritage Festival and Baba-Nyonya Literary Festival, as well as the Asian Festival for Children\u2019s Content 2025.
